Pleasant Surprise

Mail from a dear friend, finding a friend unexpectedly on social networks thru unexpected contacts, being wished first by the one whom you love, a coffee with a dear friend and many more such lovely instances have always enriched my treasury of memories.

But recently a gesture from a very dear friend of mine took me by a pleasant surprise. The door bell rang and I knew it was the man from the US Postal Department who was waiting at the door to have my book delivered.

I opened the door and was glad to find the postman, but surprisingly he had no book, but a smaller box which could not have fit in a book. The moment I saw my name as Chitra Parashar, I knew who had sent it. But was really curious to know what it had inside, and yes, the Mug it was with the lines " Kannada is a piece of me".

First time in my life so far I was soo pleasantly surprised and was delighted that my friend is soo thoughtful. This has been the best gift so far.

1st hand experience - I am an RJ !!!!!!!!!

As I am typing this post, I am listening to my first Radio program (as the RJ of the show) being aired .Mere words cannot explain how I am feeling right now. Completely out of this world !

I am conferencing with my team reviewing the show live ! Awesome !!:) I love this experience.
